
Fitness dictates how much endurance you have during strenuous activities and how easy it is to complete physical tasks. Fitness is measured on a scale of 1-10.
Uses
- Increases the starting Energy ⚡ of the player during sex scenes
- The minimum amount of Energy ⚡ during sex scenes is always 3, regardless of if the player has less Fitness than that.
- Fitness affects both the maximum Energy ⚡and the Energy ⚡cost of active positions.
- Increases the chances when rolling for success in Gym minigames.
- Fitness only factors into calculations when rolling for success and opting out of the minigame.
- Affects your ability to dance. Low Fitness leaves you with little stamina.
- Factors into your ability to strip.
Increasing Fitness
Some ways to increase Fitness include:
- Fitness XP is gained when playing the Gym minigame regardless of success, gaining enough XP will earn the player a permanent Fitness point.
- Fitness XP from the Gym minigame can be increased by certain outfits as a female (once per week per outfit).
- Fitness XP is also gained after Gym sex scenes, gaining enough XP will earn the player a permanent Fitness point.
- Fitness can be gained by choosing the rough sex option.
- Fitness is temporarily increased by one for the day after getting a coffee from Jitters Cafe.
Decreasing Fitness
Some ways to decrease Fitness include:
- Fitness can be decreased by one if the player fails to prevent cum from touching their skin while on Insta-Strip (Demo or otherwise).
- Fitness can be lowered as a penalty of the Resistance pill.
- Fitness is lowered by the Softened Physique side effect, earned by cumming too many times (4+) on the SECRET-ary pill or as a possibility from the New-U machine.
- Fitness, and Fitness xp gain, can be lowered by several side effects from the New-U machine. Including Softened Physique.
- Fitness can be lowered by failing checks during pregnancy.
- Fitness can be lowered by not working out for too long (you will be warned two days before this happens).
