Makeup can be purchased from the clothing shop in the mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wearing makeup in public grants charm buffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makeup is applied piece by piece in a specific order. Each look has two versions: a normal<\/strong> look and an enhanced<\/strong> look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your makeup skill reaches level 4<\/strong>, you can apply makeup automatically after your morning shower, without using a time slot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makeup can be applied in the morning at home, after a shower (level 4+), during chores (bathroom visit), or in the gym locker room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At higher makeup skill levels (varies by look), you can automatically apply a complete look instead of selecting each piece manually. You will still have to manually apply the look the first time to be able to automatically complete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting at Makeup level 2, you will be able to auto-apply makeup based on your level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are several important parts to the makeup interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The items you purchase at Bonwitt Teller will appear below the slots. As well as the options to remove items, exit the interface without applying, designing your own look, and applying the makeup as slotted.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n

If you have unlocked a look, it will appear on the right side as a “card”.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n

Clicking the “card” will expand it for more information, as well as the select options to apply the look (provided you have already done so manually at least once).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

You can create your own custom looks with the Makeup Look Designer. The card will appear, though the portrait image used will be a default one.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Makeup Looks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of the makeup looks are unlocked by talking to girls, while female<\/strong>. Some looks require meeting specific conditions before they can be unlocked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Basic Everyday<\/strong> \u2013 Quick daily look using Foundation, Mascara, and Tinted Lip Balm. Enhanced version adds Blush after Foundation for a healthy glow.\n

    • Application \u2013 Smooth Foundation over the face, blended out so it disappears into the skin. Wiggle Mascara at the base of the upper lashes for soft volume. Tinted Lip Balm to finish so the mouth stays moisturized. Easiest beginner routine, the one for busy mornings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enhanced (Optional) \u2013 After the Foundation and before reaching for the Mascara, a dab of Blush on the apples of the cheeks for a healthy flush.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • How to unlock: Buy makeup, attempt to apply it, ask Alexia for help. From makeup selector, option should appear on the right side of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Beach Babe<\/strong> \u2013 Waterproof beach routine using Waterproof Foundation, Waterproof Eyeliner, Waterproof Mascara, and Tinted Lip Balm. Enhanced version starts with Sunscreen.\n

      • Application \u2013 Start the base with Waterproof Foundation, well-blended so it can handle sweat and splashes. A line of Waterproof Eyeliner along the upper lash line, then Waterproof Mascara so the lashes stay defined even after a dip. Tinted Lip Balm to finish for hydrated, low-maintenance lips. Built to survive beach days and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
